Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. An order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Free Shipping: Available for orders $50+. Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment. Includes basic tracking.

4.2 International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if items arrive damaged or defective. Please save all packaging materials for inspection.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• You provide the original proof of purchase (order number)
• The request is initiated within the 15-day window

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale unless defective:

• Accent chairs
• Office chairs
• Recliners & rockers
• Custom or special order items

5.3 Return Process

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
